Sandharvesting for the Future

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Sacangada Lake Bed

During his Mining Engineering Ph.D. coursework on the topic of lake deepening and freshwater impoundment creation, conducted at Columbia University’s Fu Foundation School of Engineering, Arthur Ambrosino made one of the most significant geological discoveries in recent US history.

The discovery, which encompasses vast mineral deposits in the Sacandaga Basin (SB) and at the Great Sacandaga Lake (GSL), is singular not just because of its wealth, but the ease of access to that wealth since sandharvesting is universally acknowledged as one of the cheapest (roughly one tenth of hard rock mining costs) and most environmentally friendly mining techniques known.

Mr. Ambrosino acquired these mineral rights and has held them, waiting for the opportune time to exploit them. We feel that this time has come.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have split the project into two phases to conserve initial capital, but for an initial investor, this project offers the potential for a 20-fold + return over the next 20-25 years, with the potential for early cash out as an acquisition to a larger mining concern.
